once followed these practices allowed those who participated to REGAIN THEIR CENTER AND HELP NAVIGATE THEM THROUGH THE STRESS AND TRAUMA THEY FACED EVERYDAY. THOSE WHO FELT GREATLY HELPED SHARED THESE PRACTICES WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND BEFORE LONG, THESE SMALL PRACTICES WENT ON TO MAKE A BIG IMPACT. OVER TIME AND WITH LOTS OF FEEDBACK, THE PRACTICES GREW INTO A SERIEs. one that it was decided, was important to share.
WHAT YOU GET:
our series consists of three workshops based on one particular aspect of our philosophy: mind, body and soul. Each workshop consists of the following: guided meditations, curated playlists, worksheets, podcasts, inspiring stories, nutritional recommendations, spiritual readings and special visualizations. all participants will also have access to a private community where they can talk with and share their experiences with other people who are working through the practices.
